What happens after my contract ends?

How do you manage your VA's?

From the get-go, we assign a backup VA to take over when your main VA is away or on leave. We make sure your backup VA is updated on all your current processes, thereby ensuring your operations will not be disrupted should your main VA becomes unavailable.

When do I pay?

You pay the deposit once you decide to work with us. After your operational consultation, you will then pay for the service before the work begins.

Will my Assistant sign an NDA?

Yes, your assistant will sign an NDA before any Information regarding your business is shared with them.

Do you train your VA's?

Yes, our virtual assistants undergo a comprehensive training program to equip them with the necessary tools and technical know-how. They are motivated and eager learners! Once onboard, you can also train your VA as needed, depending on your preferred requirements.
